About. |
Established in 2019This team was formed to train and empower the female youth, through the teachings of some of the most competitive female athletes, who still compete to this day.
Our coaches will train and race alongside our athletes to continuously motivate them to improve. We feel that it is important to have coaches that practice what they preach, and our team does. It is hard to motivate an athlete by simply telling them what to do. Our staff not only will show and demonstrate, they will row with them; allowing our coaches to truly know what is going on both inside and outside the boats. |
Our GoalOur goal, as a team, is to create the perfect environment in order for our girls to become the perfect athlete; dependable, coach-able, versatile, positive, and an overall team player. Colleges and universities look for these attributes in their own athletes, so we are looking to instill them now. It is statistically known that 1 in every two female rowers. who apply, receives a full or partial athletic scholarship. That's 50%! This is a big opportunity which many young ladies are missing out on, and we are here to remedy that.
