1.) Automatic Payments via Debit or Credit Card:
     Monthly credit card payments will require an additional 3% processing fee which is already added, as seen in the monthly payment chart below. Each seasonal payment is split up into 4 monthly payments each season, September-December.

2.)ACH Bank Transfers:
      Invoices will automatically be sent each month to be paid within the first day it was received via email. Payment will include the $1.00 processing fee.

All About Our Year Long Competitive Team:

United Sculling Alliance's year long competitive sculling team is meant for any dedicated and determined athlete who wants to improve themselves both mentally and physically, and pursue a college rowing career. Fall season begins August 12th and ends on December 9th, 2023. Spring Season begins January 8th, 2024, but the end of the season is dependent on whether or not athletes qualify to attend Regionals and Nationals. If there are any scheduling conflicts just make sure to communicate them to our wonderful coaches who will be more than happy to work with you.
Fall Season Practices:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday from 4:30-6:45 pm
• Saturdays from 8:30-11:30am

Spring Season Practices:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 4:30-6:45pm
• Saturday from 8:30-11:30pm
• Tuesday Practices will be implemented before a race.

We travel all over the state of Florida for our races to cities such as Orlando, Sarasota, Jacksonville, Tampa, Daytona, and Sebastian. Our club also attends out of state races in Georgia, Tennessee, and many other states for big events such as regionals or nationals. 

Training Methods:

• Heart Rate Based Training
  • Guiding each athlete to use their proper zones based on age, preventing overtraining and athlete burnout
• Strength Training
  • United Sculling Coaches do not permit any weight lifting until they are 16 years old or older. 
  • Our strength training programs are heavily focused on form and technique, not max weight.
• Mobility, Flexibility, and Stability Training
  • Making sure that Rowers improve the motions and functions of their body by strengthening muscles not ofter used in this sport, along with stretching those used constantly for injury prevention.
• Rest
  • We teach our athletes the importance of recovery and proper rest for better performance. Good and constant sleep cycles are every athlete's best friend.
• Nutrition
  • Course training for proper diets and nutrition for every individual athlete
